That's right! I won't ask for a single W2, paystub or tax return when using a DSCR product.

DSCR - Debt Service Coverage Ratio loans are a great option for investment properties. Can be used for purchasing or refinancing rate/term or refinancing for cash out.

When investors come to me, I look to see if they qualify for full-doc investment products first such as our AIO or PLS programs. If not, DSCR makes for a wonderful alternative-doc program!
