Fraud is becoming one of the biggest risks in real estate transactions today. ⚠️

In a recent clip from WFG’s Industry Perspective Q1 podcast, WFG Chairman and Founder Patrick Stone shares how fraud and forgery are impacting the title industry at an increasing rate.

One of the most common targets is vacant land. 🏡 Bad actors can attempt to impersonate property owners and push fraudulent transactions if proper safeguards are not in place.
