My international buyers are some of the most humble and nicest clients I work with.

Immigrants or international investor clients alike, our conversations are never just about mortgage. College planning, investment diversification, asset and legacy protection, cultures, parenting – you name it.

Everyone has their own story and no two families’ financial goals and situation are exactly alike. Though through the conversations with all of them, I always can feel the same deep sense of family responsibilities they carry and their desire and commitment to give their children the best opportunities for the future. I can hear and see their desire and vision loud and clear. They are on a mission, and so am I:

To create a personalized strategy for them to shorten and smoothen their path to their ultimate vision.

I once stumbled upon a quote:
‘You gotta dance a little bit in the morning before leaving the house. It changes the way you walk into the world.’

And yesterday, I needed that.

Tough files, summer camp planning battle, new school registration, and little to no consistency in co-parenting reliability have colored my April “exhaustion”.

Mindset morning and faith have been the saving grace. I used to tell myself to take one day at a time when things are hard, but this past week, just one whole day felt overwhelming. So I traded it for ‘one hour at a time.’

Sometimes, we borrow energy from the universe—from friends, family, colleagues, kids. Other times, we need to return that and lend it to someone else. Life is all about give and take. It’s amazing how little you need to ignite from within for energy to manifest.

Funny how the very things that exhaust us 👶 could also be what brings the energy out of us, with help from a little mindset shift.

Emerging from my morning ‘dance’ not knowing how today would unfold, only to find the ‘Clear-to-Close’ in my inbox for the most challenging file I’ve ever worked on and the sweetest message from the client.

It worked 💃☺️
