Easiest Google review tip nobody uses:

Text a customer 30 minutes after the job. Not a day later. Not a week. Thirty minutes, while they're still standing in the room thinking "that looks great."

That's when they write the real ones.

Unpopular opinion: more reviews won't save a 3-star average.

Volume doesn't fix a bad ratio. One real response to a bad review does more than 20 new 5-stars from customers who only wrote "Great service!"
