Donna's dedication was evident in her prompt responses, even outside of work hours. While our overall experience was excellent, we did encounter a situation where an email wasn't answered, which was a bit concerning. Looking back, we also feel that more transparent and consistent communication about the different stages of the mortgage process would have been beneficial for us as we navigated this new experience. Understanding the steps proactively would have helped ease some of the anxiety we felt. Ultimately, we are very pleased with Donna's service and would gladly work with her again.
