We thought it was pretty cool that our first land deal was outside of Alvin, which is Nolan Ryan's hometown. Now we're getting ready to close on this 185-acre property outside of Abbott, which is where Willie Nelson is from. Somebody send us a deal outside of Poteet, and we might just buy it sight unseen. Y'all do know which famous Texan was born there, right?... right?!
