Hi Ms. Kandler, we are so sorry you experienced this. While we are working to mitigate this issue, unfortunately, we did have someone spoof a couple of Texas Gulf Bank phone numbers, claim to be an employee, and contact several of our customers.

We are pleased to hear that you were able to think so quickly on your feet and be protective of your information. For future reference - Texas Gulf Bank will never ask a customer for their card information, account passwords, etc.
