We are very excited to share that we have successfully completed the acquisition of Corridor at Westchase aka Quinn South Apartments. This is a 369-unit multifamily property in the Southwest Houston in the heart of West Chase District.

The journey was long and tough, but we are very grateful to our passive investors and supporters for placing their trust in us. A big shout out to our supporters OWL Partners, Sachin Jain, Nikhil Jain , Narender Reddy, Prafulla Bora, Malav Sanghvi and many more who placed their trust in this offering .

Our business plan is to rebrand, renovate unit interiors and clean up the exterior. We are excited to hit the ground running with our property management team Q10 Property Advisors, LLC to grow this community and give our residents the lifestyle they deserve!

Namma Partner is excited to share that we have closed on the purchase of Miramar Apartments, a 143-unit multifamily property in the SW Houston just a few minutes from West Chase District.

We are very grateful to our passive investors and supporters for placing their trust in us. We also want to thank Derek Fasulo & Travis Fincher from CBRE for helping us through the hurdles.

A big shout out to Lee Caroll and Randa Dick from Lifestyles Unlimited for helping us through the due diligence phase.

2021 was a great year for us with acquisition of 54 Single family Homes. We flipped 2 homes & plan to hold the rest for long term passive income. Thanks to all the lenders, contractors & friends for your trust and support in this journey.

Namma Partner is starting New Year with a Big Bang intent to acquire Miramar Apartments, 143-unit built in 1984. We are anticipating to close in Q1 2022.
