• Which workflows are duct-taped.
• What their team actually believes about outsourcing.

You can't strategize for a client from a Zoom call. Sometimes you gotta be in the room.

"Don't confuse activity with leverage."

Leverage compounds. Activity just burns calories.

Spent the week asking myself: which of these meetings, emails, and calls are LEVERAGE — and which are just ACTIVITY?

Cut three recurring commitments. Already breathe better.
