The best sales call I ran this month had zero pitch.

I asked 4 questions:

1. Where's the bottleneck today?
2. If we fixed it, what would that unlock?
3. Who's running the workflow internally right now?
4. If this doesn't change in 12 months, what does that cost you?

They talked for 40 of the 50 minutes.

They sold themselves. I just showed up.

The best salespeople ask. The worst ones talk.

Things I didn't expect to be good at as CEO:

• Translating legal language into plain English.
• Diagnosing team vibes from a 10-second Slack reply.
• Knowing which agency owner just needs to vent.
• Making peace with half-finished whiteboards.
• Explaining BPO at family dinners.

CEO is half strategy, half EQ, half translator. (That's too many halves. On purpose.)
