The way Claudia Aguirre, CEO of BakerRipley, used the analogy of setting the table — and how every item plays an important role — made the message even more impactful.

🌟 Thriving Thursday! 🌟

Today has been an incredibly productive day filled with back-to-back events that truly inspire me.

The first was at the **Success in Business Presents Harris County Pathways**, where I had the wonderful opportunity to connect with businesses committed to uplifting our community, supporting small businesses, and empowering minorities. It’s invigorating to witness such dedication, and I’m excited to head back to the lab to collaborate with our Houston branch manager and our new mortgage loan officer to create an actionable game plan.

The second event involved one of our long-time members who is actively engaged in numerous organizations across the Houston area. I am thrilled to join this new group and contribute to the growth of our Houston market.

Together, we can make a significant impact! Let’s keep pushing forward! 💪🏽
