Late post, but I’m reflecting on the power of community, opportunity, and legacy this Juneteenth weekend.

This year’s NABA Convention was a reminder that progress happens when we invest in one another. From reconnecting with friends and colleagues, to encouraging students and rising professionals, to learning new ways to grow my career and expand my impact—every conversation added value.

Grateful for the doors that have been opened for me and committed to helping hold them open for others.
