When Mr. Paul and I were first getting to know each other, we did not hit it off at all. In fact, he wouldn’t sign the documents I needed him to sign, but he still wanted me to show him the Properties. He had me so frustrated, professionally frustrated, of course, if that’s even a thing? I finally told him at one point “I am sorry, but we are not a good fit” “You will have to find a different realtor”. He apologized and said he was just very worried about getting scammed. He slowly started letting me earn his trust. And I can say I’m so glad I did! Him and Mrs Patricia are absolute gems. We have such a special bond now. He’s one of my clients I call just to chat with and check up on.
