Heather Powell State Farm is growing!

We’re looking for a full-time Auto Insurance Team Member to join our team in Hot Springs. If you’re a people person who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

* Help customers with their auto insurance needs
* Provide quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
* Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
* Follow up with prospects and existing customers
* Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial service needs
* Handle customer questions, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs
* Work collaboratively with our team to create an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Positive, professional attitude
* Confident and comfortable talking with people
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Someone who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
* Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Fun Fact Friday! We have team meeting and breakfast every Friday morning. Sometimes it’s things like toast charcuterie or breakfast totchos. Sometimes it’s a box of donuts, but usually I cook for the team. I even get my dad, retired agent Dennis Powell in on the action sometimes. Today we are having chicken and waffles.
