I had the opportunity to spend the day with some amazing real estate professionals at the Generate. Automate. Dominate. event presented by Brian Bailey with System Dynamix.

As the owner of Arkansas Insurance Marketplace, I love being in rooms where people are focused on growth, better systems, stronger relationships, and creating an even better experience for the clients we serve.

If your AC is working overtime and your steering wheel is too hot to touch…welcome to August in Arkansas. 😂

A few friendly insurance reminders:

• AC wear and tear usually isn’t covered by homeowners insurance. A little maintenance can go a long way—change filters regularly, keep the outdoor unit clear of debris, and have your system serviced as recommended.

• Damage caused by wind, lightning, storms, or another covered loss may be covered depending on your policy and the cause of loss. And do you know what deductible you would have to pay?

• Now’s also a great time to check whether your auto policy includes roadside assistance and towing…because nobody wants to be stranded out in this Arkansas heat! 🥵

Today was just one of those beautiful days that makes you stop and thank the Lord. 🤍

I’m so grateful that God gives us days of rest—days to slow down, enjoy His creation, spend time with the people we love, and remember just how blessed we truly are.

As I look toward this new season with Arkansas Insurance Marketplace, my heart is full of gratitude and excitement. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to serve the Hot Springs community, build relationships, help families protect what they’ve worked so hard for, and hopefully be a blessing along the way.
