Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to speak to a fantastic group of local realtors at the Hot Springs Board of Realtors office before they went out on their Caravan to tour homes. One of the main topics on my agenda to discuss was the ongoing changes to condo financing in our industry. It was a funny coincidence, because 90% of the homes on the list for the caravan were condos! Our town is full of condos, and we've all seen how the changes to condo financing over the past few years has resulted in a very large inventory of condos sitting on the market for extended periods. We are all trying to navigate these changes, me included. If you are a realtor with questions about condo financing options, please reach out to me.
