Today is World Mental Health Day — and falling on a weekend feels like a fitting reminder that rest matters, too.

In a business that asks us to be there for clients, colleagues, families and communities, it’s easy to keep pushing our own needs further down the list.

Take the walk. Put down the phone. Spend time with people you enjoy. Or simply give yourself permission to slow down.

The weekend is meant for a little rest and reset. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is take care of the person doing the work.

A look back at our Q3 meeting at Dave & Buster’s in Plymouth Meeting!

More than 33 advisors and team members joined us for an afternoon of market updates, firm element training, industry insights, and conversation.

A big thank you to Bill Touey, Lindsay Lukacs of Franklin Templeton, John Stearns of Midland National, and Nik Peroulas from LPL for sharing their time and insights with us. We’re especially grateful to Nik for making the trip and flying in to be with us — and, of course, to everyone who joined us and helped make it a great afternoon.

We always appreciate the opportunity to get our community together, exchange ideas and learn from one another.

A proud moment for the Pastor family — and one we’re happy to celebrate here at IAG!

Congratulations to Aidan Pastor, son of IAG’s Anthony Pastor, on successfully completing his Eagle Scout Board of Review and earning a unanimous recommendation for the rank of Eagle Scout—the highest achievement in Scouting.

For his Eagle Scout Service Project, Aidan led a team of Scouts and volunteers in making improvements to the playground at Christ’s Lutheran Church in Oreland, including creating a replacement educational board for the preschool playground and improving the surrounding grounds.

Reaching Eagle Scout represents years of commitment, leadership, service, and perseverance — and a lot of support from family and community along the way.

Anthony, we know this has to be an incredibly proud dad moment.

Happy International Coffee Day!

We asked the IAG crew how much coffee it takes to get through the workday in our 2025 IAG survey.

The results:

☕ 53% — 1–2 cups: Fueled and focused
☕ 27% — 3–4 cups: Full-on unstoppable mode
😳 20% — ZERO cups: Apparently running on sheer willpower

And when we asked what people couldn’t survive the workday without?
Coffee or energy drinks made the list for 2 out of every 3 respondents.

So today, we raise a mug to the fueled, the focused, the unstoppable…and especially the 20% we’re still trying to understand.
