Our Company is looking to hire a new team member who is personable, energetic, results-oriented, and resourceful with outstanding communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
General Administrative Customer Service/Work Order Coordinator with a strong emphasis in our customer service help desk area.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments, completing job priorities quickly and efficiently.
• 3 - 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent with applicable administrative work experience
• Work experience in real estate or residential construction is a plus, basic home repair knowledge as well.
• Professional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Knowledge of busy office operations; enjoys work variety
• Demonstrates a positive, approachable and confident demeanor
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively; exceptional accuracy and follow through
• Responsible with strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
• Proficient in use of computer software to include MS Word, strong Excel knowledge, various other software programs
• Cheerfully and adeptly handles interruptions/competing priorities; flexible and adaptive based on organizational needs
• Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills with a “can-do” approach
• Strong work ethic
• Focused on company goals and objectives; positive team member
• Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion in communication
• Fluent in ability to read, write, and speak English
• Continuous learner; demonstrates desire and ability to learn and grow.
