As a Modern Woodmen Regional Director, I use my knowledge of the financial services industry to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of financial services professionals in North Dakota and Northern Minnesota. My goals this year are to find the most qualified individuals who will be the right for my team. These individuals do not necessarily have a finance background, but do have:
