Each quarter, we take a moment to shine the spotlight on someone truly outstanding, a team member who not only brings talent and dedication to their role but also embodies the very core of our values and mission.

This quarter, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Lori Eadens. When Lori joined USB in 2020, she brought an extensive background in the medical field. She was unsure of the career change, yet she stated that “it was a change that worked out better than I ever expected”. Lori started as a part-time drive-thru teller and later moved to a full-time teller position at our Elkton branch in 2021. She advanced her career to a Loan Assistant and now is a Junior Lender continuing to assist our Elkton customers.

She is a proud parent of four children and has four grandchildren. Lori loves spending time outdoors and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance, especially to visit her grandsons. Lori is an animal lover, and has two dogs, Bruno and Cocoa, along with a cat, LuLu.

Congratulations to Alesa Littlefield for being awarded the July Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Alesa's nomination stated, "She always goes above and beyond for our customers. A customer recently finished a job early and was stranded without a ride back to Pembroke. This coworker took it upon herself to call every single driver she knew to see if they could come pick him up. She offered the customer cookies, coffee, candy, and water while he waited. She not only goes above and beyond for our customers, but she also goes above and beyond for our branch. She is constantly decorating, cleaning, organizing and disinfecting our branch. She is always ready and willing to help her co-workers with any tasks, and we are honored to work with her."

Alesa is a true asset to United Southern Bank!
