This is good advice. I write alot of investment properties and this checks out. Many insurance policies don’t cover hidden water leaks/damage, but some allow you to add it. Build, protect, and leave a legacy! If you are buying permanent insurance the longer you own it the more tax free cash can build. Look at Life insurance as investment. It can be a great piece of your strategy, and if something unexpected happens it can be a a tremendous value to your family.
