This was our first time buying a house, we were buying from across the country, with 100 other things happening in our life, and Dan somehow made the process easy for us. He made sure we had all of our documents submitted and paperwork signed, and communicated every step of the way so we always knew what was next in the process. At the same time, the communication was always pleasant and as brief as possible, so we never felt overwhelmed.
