She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and in fact encouraged us to reach out for anything we had concerns about. She also explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. When we ran into any roadblocks, as all transactions no doubt encounter, Jenna never let us feel discouraged and was quick to put together Plan B, C, and D. And if she wasn't sure, she knew exactly who to ask. This whole process assured us that Jenna and, in fact, all of PRMI had our backs.
