Yes I know, I haven't posted since February. I've been majorly slacking and to be honest, I've been so busy with loans and life that I just haven't gotten around to it. I also felt the massive shift in the market and it was scary as hell. BUT rates are down, buyers are returning and I love to help your clients (or you) with the mortgage process. Recently, I have had some of the hardest loans with some of the most unfathomable things pop up, BUT we got it done and that's all that matters. Looking forward to see what the rest of 2024 brings 🫶🏽🤍

Title insurance is that knight in shining armor 🛡️ protecting you from ancient claims, forgery, undisclosed heirs, and even spooky liens!
So, next time you’re in the market for a new home, make sure you have title insurance to protect yourself.

Ah, the closing process – the final stretch before homeownership bliss. You’ve already tackled mountains of paperwork and downed gallons of coffee, but the end is near. Before you pop that celebratory bottle of bubbly, here are a few things to keep in mind:
🔸Prepare for a lot of paperwork. I mean, a LOT. You’ll need to sign your name so many times, you’ll start to forget what it even looks like.
🔸Don’t be afraid to ask questions. If something doesn’t make sense, speak up! It’s better to ask for clarification than to sign something you don’t understand.
🔸Bring your closing funds or prepare your wire transfer. You won't be able to bring a personal check. Cashier's check or wire transfer are the ways you can deposit your funds into escrow.

BTW….Don’t forget to celebrate! You’re officially a homeowner now, so pop open a bottle of bubbly and raise a glass to yourself (and your new mortgage). Cheers!
