Going the extra mile, literally!

Karolyn, from our Effort branch, recently received this beautiful fruit basket from a grateful customer after she went above and beyond to help during an unexpected and stressful situation. When circumstances made it impossible for the customer to come to her, Karolyn didn’t hesitate - she made the nearly two-hour drive to ensure important documents were signed and everything stayed on track.

It’s moments like these that show what exceptional customer service is all about: empathy, dedication, and being there when our customers need us most.

Starting the school year with a little extra support! ✏️📚

Our Forty Fort team was proud to support our friend Angelo Recchia, owner of Luca Pizza in West Pittston, and his backpack and school supply distribution for local students. Our team collected donations to purchase and fill six backpacks with school supplies for students in the Wyoming Area and Pittston Area School Districts!

A big thank you to Angelo for giving back to local families and helping students head into the new school year ready to learn. We’re always proud to see our neighbors making our communities better! 💙
