Congratulations to the recipients of the 2026 Frank Genovese Memorial Scholarship!
The scholarships were proudly presented during the Large Animal Auction at the Oakland County Fair, recognizing students who are pursuing their education in agriculture, natural resources, or veterinary fields.
Established in memory of longtime Oakland County Farm Bureau leader Frank Genovese, this scholarship honors his passion for agriculture, education, service, and sharing knowledge with others.
We are proud to support the next generation of agricultural leaders and know that these students will continue the spirit of service, learning, and community that Frank embodied every day.

Xavier plans to study mechanical engineering with a focus on farm equipment and technology. He currently works at a local tree farm.
Katie is studying Animal Science and Agricultural Business and is involved in her university's Block and Bridle Club.
Ashley is studying Biology, Health, and Society. She also helps care for her family's sheep and enjoys growing sunflowers and vegetables.
