May Synergist of the Month!
Kaitlyn was nominated for consistently going above and beyond to support our employees, operations, and the overall Synergy experience. She is someone people naturally turn to when they need help because of her responsiveness, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever needed.

From resolving IT and computer issues quickly to helping keep workflows moving with minimal disruption, Kaitlyn plays a critical role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Her efforts reduce downtime, ease frustration, and allow our teams to stay focused and productive.

She also played a major role in coordinating our recent Town Hall. Kaitlyn managed a wide range of moving pieces, including IT setup, scheduling flow, logistics, communication, food coordination, and on-site support. The event ran seamlessly because of her preparation, organization, and steady problem-solving throughout.

What stands out most is her consistency. Kaitlyn approaches challenges proactively, remains supportive under pressure, and demonstrates teamwork and reliability in ways that positively impact multiple teams across the organization.

This month, we encourage everyone to take small, intentional steps to support their wellbeing — whether that means taking a real lunch break, stepping away from the screen for a few minutes, going for a walk, asking for support, or simply checking in with yourself more often.

Sometimes stress is made heavier not just by the work itself, but by the stories we tell ourselves about it — assuming intent, carrying frustration silently, or feeling like we have to handle everything alone. Building awareness around our habits, reactions, and perspectives can help reduce unnecessary friction and create healthier ways of working together.
