We want to take a moment to address a question we’ve been getting a lot this season.

Some clients have been surprised (and understandably frustrated) when we share that we can no longer assist with signing up for certain insurance plans, even though we’ve helped with them for years.

We want to be completely transparent:
👉 This change is NOT by our choice.
👉 Some insurance companies have decided not to pay broker fees and are no longer allowing brokers to represent them.
👉 Because of that, we legally cannot enroll or support those specific plans.

The insurance market changes often, and this is one of those industry-wide shifts that is simply out of our control. But our commitment to educating and supporting you has not changed.
If this impacts you, we encourage you to reach out to your state and federal representatives. Your voice truly matters, especially when it comes to protecting consumer choice and access to trusted guidance.

We’re here to help you review your options, explore alternatives, and make sure you feel confident in whatever decision you make.
