Katie has been in the mortgage business since 1995, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from Gwynedd Mercy University. Katie comments, "I love helping people achieve home ownership...overall I love what I do!"

In her spare time, Katie has volunteered with her children's school events and local Habitat for Humanity and YMCA chapters.

Katie is an avid beach goer and resides with her husband, Robert, in Chalfont PA. They have four grown children: Colin, Monica, Lauren and Luke.

We wanted to take a moment to thank Michelle Rae for her business and trust Michelle was our Q3 2025 winner for the most premiums referred Michelle Rae is a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford and Sullivan Counties as well as New York State. She had 19 years of experience in a similar capacity prior to joining C&N's Lending Team in 2012. In her role, Michelle is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchase, refinance, construction and land financing. Michelle's office is at the Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.
Michelle has her Bachelor's Degree in Business with Minors in Communications and Human Resources, and graduated from the NY Penn Leadership Program. She is also very involved with C&N's Giving Back, Giving Together program, often volunteering and helping to raise funds to benefit her local community.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family, including her three grandchildren.

We had the pleasure of helping this outstanding veteran and mother close on her first home. This was a special case where the "seller" actually gifted the property to the veteran; we made sure that the closing costs were very minimal and were split between the seller and the veterans group! We also closed at a restaurant that was accessible to all parties, so they didn't have to come to our office, because that's what we do! Cara, thank you for your service and congratulations!

Tom has been a valued member of C&N since 2020, joining through the Covenant Bank acquisition. In his current role, he brings an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, clear communication, and deep expertise in lending, analytics, and credit discipline.

During the challenging days of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Tom stood out as a trusted guide for his clients, leading them through a complex and uncertain process with confidence and clarity.

Before C&N, Tom served in key credit roles at Covenant Bank and Team Capital Bank, where he played a vital role in building a formal Credit Department, developing analyst training programs, and contributing to underwriting and policy initiatives.

A proud graduate of Saint Joseph’s University (Honors, B.A. in Business Administration – Finance; minor in Italian), Tom is also an alum of the Risk Management Association Commercial Lending School and the Accredited Banking Professional Program.

When Tom was promoted, Gregory W. Adamson, Regional Commercial Lending Executive, said it best:
“Tom’s continued efforts toward the success of the region and the overall growth of C&N have been invaluable. His collaborative work ethic, sound credit background, analytical mindset, and understanding of the commercial lending product suite make him an asset to his team members, clients, and community.”

Tom lives in Erdenheim, PA with his wife and daughter. He’s a dedicated community volunteer—giving his time to Habitat for Humanity and Healthy Kids Running Series in West Philadelphia—and he’s also an avid amateur soccer player!
