Congratulations to Jim Bulger on earning the Associate Land Title Professional (ALTP) designation from the Pennsylvania Land Title Association!

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate services industry, Jim has focused his career on building strong relationships with lenders and real estate professionals across Pennsylvania and beyond. His expertise includes mortgage lending, title and appraisal services, and leadership roles within the industry.

Jim is an active member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, where he serves on the education, convention, and ambassadors committees. The ALTP designation highlights Jim’s industry experience, professional knowledge, and ongoing commitment to the land title profession. In addition to his role as PA area manager with Investors Title Company and Affiliates, Jim manages operations of Bankers Settlement Services of Southwest Pennsylvania, LLC in Hollidaysburg.

Rachel is a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator with C&N, serving Tioga and Potter Counties. A Penn State graduate, Rachel has been with C&N since 2013 and has built her career around helping individuals and families achieve the goal of homeownership.
Her commitment extends well beyond her customers. A Wellsboro native, Rachel is an active member of the Rotary Club and serves on the Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Katie has been in the mortgage business since 1995, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from Gwynedd Mercy University. Katie comments, "I love helping people achieve home ownership...overall I love what I do!"

In her spare time, Katie has volunteered with her children's school events and local Habitat for Humanity and YMCA chapters.

Katie is an avid beach goer and resides with her husband, Robert, in Chalfont PA. They have four grown children: Colin, Monica, Lauren and Luke.

We wanted to take a moment to thank Michelle Rae for her business and trust Michelle was our Q3 2025 winner for the most premiums referred Michelle Rae is a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford and Sullivan Counties as well as New York State. She had 19 years of experience in a similar capacity prior to joining C&N's Lending Team in 2012. In her role, Michelle is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchase, refinance, construction and land financing. Michelle's office is at the Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.
Michelle has her Bachelor's Degree in Business with Minors in Communications and Human Resources, and graduated from the NY Penn Leadership Program. She is also very involved with C&N's Giving Back, Giving Together program, often volunteering and helping to raise funds to benefit her local community.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family, including her three grandchildren.
