2: Focus on your monthly payment, not just sales price.
We like to make sure that you are going to be comfortable with your monthly payment. Mortgage payment, taxes, insurance, and rate all matter.
3: Trust the pros in your corner
Your agent and lender are working toward the same goal, which is to get you into your new home. We have seen plenty of scenarios and will guide you through this entire process.
