If you want a job where you can show up, sit at a desk, scroll your phone, do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck — this may not be a good fit!
If you want to work 9–5, come to work at 9, actually work while you’re there, and go home at 5 feeling like you accomplished something — keep reading.
We are a high-performing insurance agency, and those aren’t buzzwords we throw around in job postings.
We have high expectations.

You do not need insurance experience. I can teach you insurance.
What I’m looking for is much harder to teach:
• You have a strong work ethic.
• You show up on time.
• You don’t need someone constantly checking whether you’re working.
• You can take feedback without falling apart.
• You can handle being held accountable.
• You don’t say “that’s not my job” when something needs to get done.
• You can communicate like an adult.
