2️⃣ Invest Capital - Partner with investors and deploy capital into the opportunity

3️⃣ Execute Plan - Work with property management, construction teams, and residents to carry out the business plan

4️⃣ Pay Investors - Provide quarterly distributions, with investors remaining in the deal through the planned sale of the asset
