Hi everyone! I wanted to share a resource that many families don’t realize is available until things start to feel overwhelming.

As a local insurance broker with Community Care Insurance Agency, I often speak with families who are trying to figure out how to care for an aging parent or loved one—especially when their needs become more complex.

One option that may be available is something called a PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).

PACE programs are designed for seniors who qualify for Medicaid and need a higher level of coordinated care—while still being able to live safely at home.

These programs can provide a wide range of support, including:
✔ Primary and specialty medical care
✔ Physical and occupational therapy
✔ Medication management
✔ Transportation to medical appointments
✔ Social support and adult day programs
✔ Additional in-home assistance based on individual needs

The goal is simple: help seniors stay safe, supported, and independent at home for as long as possible.

I work closely with individuals and families to help them understand all of their options—not just one program—so they can make the best decision for their situation.

Today we had the pleasure of being part of the Radiant Senior Social Day Grand Opening—something I’ve watched grow and come to life over the past year and a half. Seeing it finally come together and witnessing the joy, connection, and energy in the room was incredible.
