Bona Vita Benefits is expanding its practice! We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional willing to join a growing team.

Position Summary
This is a sales position with a boutique firm clearing its transactions through one of hte largest financial services firms in the world. You will assist clients with a range of insurance and investment needs; either as a generalist or with one or more special areas of expertise, such as fee-based financial planning*, insurance for business needs, or estate planning needs.

Key activities of the Financial Professional include:
-Sell insurance and investment products
-Solicit new customers through approved techniques and methods
-Provide client service for the products they own
-Conserve existing insurance and investments

You will be joining an advisory team with a senior team member and investment advisor providing you all the support you'll need to succeed. You will be provided leads, training and plenty of opportunities to grow into a more senior role within the firm.

Qualifications include:
-GED equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
-Three years experience in a sales role, preferably within a commissioned structure
-Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Must be willing to work from Hoboken, NJ and travel to and from meetings with prospects/clients.

Compensation will include some base, commissions and bonuses (as well as benefits).

Bona Vita Benefits is looking for a professional to take on the most important role within the firm--client services. We're looking for a professional that has worked in the customer service industry for a minimum of three years with experience/knowledge around how the insurance industry functions.

Our future employee will be working with our clients surrounding medical insurance, life insurance and ancillary benefits (dental, vision, etc.). A basic understanding for these areas is required, and we will train on all additional requirements.

The following are requirements:
-3 Years of Customer Service Experience (preferably within the insurance/financial services industry)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Basic understanding for insurance products and financial services
-Strong commitment to our brand's values and providing an incredible customer experience
-Capable of working in an autonomous environment

Compensation:
-Hourly Rate ($15-$18 / HR)
-Bonuses ($500-$1000 per quarter)
-% of Commissions (if originating opportunities/deals)

Expected start date is March 1, 2020.
