Most people think Medicare is just about doctors and prescriptions.

It’s not.

In many areas, there are additional benefits that can literally add money back into your monthly budget.

Depending on your situation and your ZIP code, you may qualify for:

• Medicaid cost assistance
• Extra Help (LIS) for prescriptions
• Part B premium givebacks
• Grocery / OTC allowance cards
• Utility or flex benefits
• Reduced copays and out-of-pocket costs

But here’s the key:

You don’t find these by just picking a plan.

You have to evaluate what you qualify for first.

That’s what I call the Benefits First Approach.

In this video, I explain how to identify and stack the maximum benefits available in your area before choosing a plan.

If you’d like to see what may be available to you, message me “REVIEW” and I’ll walk you through it.

We’re not a call center.
We’re a quality center.

Many folks are struggling quietly and don’t realize help already exists in their own community.

If you or a parent are feeling stretched, St. Vincent de Paul may be able to help.

Local Saint Vincent de Paul locations often provide:

• Emergency help with rent, mortgages, or utility bills
• Food assistance, pantries, and basic household needs
• Help with prescriptions or medical and dental costs (in some areas)
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Senior discount days at thrift stores

And here’s the part many people don’t know:
👉 Services are offered regardless of religious affiliation.

Support for seniors often exists closer than people realize — sometimes it just takes knowing where to look.

If this might help you or someone you love, feel free to share it. You never know who needs to see this today.

Most families don’t find out how much a funeral really costs until they’re already making decisions under pressure.

In this video, I walk through real funeral costs in 2026 — burial, cremation, and the choices that quietly drive prices higher than people expect.

This isn’t a sales pitch.
It’s simply an explanation of how this works, so families can understand their options before they need them.

Some seniors qualify for the best Medicare plans available — and don’t even know it.

If you have Medicare and Medicaid, you may qualify for a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP).

These plans often include:
• $0 copays
• Grocery & OTC benefits
• Transportation to appointments
• Dental, vision & hearing
• Extra support for chronic conditions

Here’s the part many people don’t realize:
A lot of seniors qualify for Medicaid but never applied.

If you want to check eligibility — or need help applying — I’ve put together a simple way to review your options.

There are property tax relief programs specifically designed for seniors — and in some areas, they can save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year.

These can include:
• Property tax freezes
• Property tax caps
• Homestead exemptions
• Senior-specific relief programs

Some are automatic.
Others must be applied for, and many people never do.

This short video explains what these programs are, how they work, and who should look into them.

If you’re retired and on a fixed income, this is worth watching.

Many seniors assume they don’t qualify for Medicaid —
but the rules for seniors are very different than most people realize.

If you’re living primarily on Social Security or a fixed income, you may qualify even if you’ve never thought you would.

Medicaid eligibility for seniors can be affected by things like:
• Fixed or limited income
• Modest savings
• Being over 65 or disabled
• High medical or prescription costs

And qualifying for Medicaid doesn’t just help with medical bills.

It can also unlock Medicare upgrades, including D-SNP plans that may offer:
• Monthly allowances for food, groceries, or utilities
• Reduced or even eliminated Medicare Part B premiums

That can mean real money back into your Social Security check every month.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you might qualify, it’s worth checking.
Feel free to send me a message — I’m happy to help you look into it.

Many retired veterans are eligible to have most of their Part B premium refunded every month and they either even know it or they're not sure exactly how to start, so this video quickly explains how it works.

Veterans with VA or TRICARE coverage may be eligible for a Medicare Part B Giveback — a benefit that can put money back into your Social Security check each month.

This does not replace VA or TRICARE
It does not cancel your current coverage
And it does not apply to everyone

But for those who qualify, it can mean hundreds — sometimes thousands — of dollars per year added back to your income.

The key is understanding:
• How VA/TRICARE works alongside Medicare
• When Part B is still required
• And which plans offer a Giveback without interfering with your benefits

If you’re retired military (or married to a veteran), this is information worth knowing — even if you’ve been told before that “nothing applies to you.”

No pressure. Just clear answers.

A lot of families focus on saving for a child’s future — but one of the most overlooked tools costs just a few dollars a month.

A children’s whole life policy isn’t temporary coverage. It’s permanent protection that stays with them for life, locks in insurability early, and quietly builds value over time.

It also gives them future options — including the ability to increase coverage later without health questions, even if their health changes down the road.

For grandparents especially, this can be a meaningful gift that protects a grandchild’s future no matter what life brings.

If this is something you’d like to understand better, feel free to message me. I’m happy to explain how it works and whether it makes sense for your family.

Most people don’t realize there are ways to add life insurance coverage for grandchildren without buying separate policies for each child.

In this video, I explain what a grandchild rider is, how it works, and when it might make sense for a family to consider.

A roof repair can cost more than some seniors make in an entire year.

When that happens, many people assume the only options are going into debt or putting the repair off and hoping for the best.

But there are federal programs specifically designed to help seniors pay for critical home repairs — and most people never hear about them until it’s too late.

This video explains one of those programs, who it’s meant for, and where to check availability if you want to see whether it applies to your situation.

Not all final expense agents work the same way — and that matters more than people realize.

Before buying final expense life insurance, there are a few important questions that can tell you a lot about the person helping you.

These questions aren’t meant to trick anyone.
They’re meant to help you understand:
• how much experience the agent actually has
• how many options they can really compare
• and what happens if something doesn’t go as planned

Because the answers to these questions often determine what level of coverage you end up with.

This video walks through five smart questions to ask before buying final expense — or even if you already have a policy in place.

12/24/2025

The difference between final expense tiers isn’t price; it’s how and when your family gets paid.

Tier 3 is called level benefit final expense, and it’s the highest level of coverage available.

This is the only tier that pays the full death benefit from day one, with no waiting period and no reduced payout early on.

Level benefit coverage is designed for certainty.
The coverage amount never goes down.
The monthly price never goes up.
And the policy is meant to stay in place for life.

What surprises many people is that level benefit coverage is often easier to qualify for than they expect.
There are no medical exams - just health questions - and many people qualify who assume they wouldn’t.

The challenge is that not everyone who qualifies for level benefit is actually shown that option.
Some people end up in lower tiers simply because of how - or where - the policy was purchased.

This video explains how level benefit coverage works,
and why it’s always the goal when someone qualifies.
