If you have damage:

✅ Take photos/videos of the damage
✅ Do what you can safely to prevent further damage (tarp roof, cover windows, etc.)
✅ Make a list of damaged items
✅ Keep receipts for any temporary repairs

After storms, door-to-door companies often show up. Watch for these red flags:

🚩 Door-to-door contractors right after a storm
🚩 Out-of-area companies

🚩 Pressure to sign paperwork quickly
🚩 Large upfront payments

Always get multiple estimates and do not ever allow anyone to file a claim on your behalf.
