What is a grandparent scam? 👵 Scammers call or email claiming to be either a loved one or a representative of a loved one in distress. They will urge that funds be given for hospital bills, bail money, etc. They may even say not to tell a grandchild or loved one about the issue at present.

See the warning signs! 🚩 Hang up the call/do not reply to the email, and contact your loved one to verify it was them. Keep in mind, scammers can spoof caller ID. 📱
