What's the ideal down payment for a house?

Do you own a manufactured home?

Did you know that you need an affidavit of affixture to sell or refinance that property!

The State of Michigan requires you to have an affidavit of affixture that has been recorded at your counties register of deeds. You might ask, how does one get this affidavit of affixture? You have to fill out an application from the State of Michigan called "Affidavit of Affixture of Mobile Home Application" with this document you have to send in the original Certificate of Title or Certificate of Origin. What if we don't have the title? You would have to apply for Affidavit of Missing Mobile Home title along with your the Affidavit of Affixture.

This Affidavit of Affixture tells that State of Michigan that the Manufactured home is fixed to that property either by a basement or a crawl space and is unmovable.
