What Happened to Medicare Prices?
1. COVID for one. Medicare plans got used more often.
2. Inflation with cost of medical services.
3. Double rate increase because we didn't get one in 2021.
4. New Alzheimers drug is a Part B drug that costs $56,000 per infusion and it isn't proven effective yet. They are hopeful though.

WHAT CAN I DO?
1. Stay with Plan G if you can afford it.
2. Consider Plan N or Plan D.

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE:
Please expect changes to all the added benefits we have this year. Some of the extras like flex benefit cards and quarterly catalog ordering MIGHT get reduced next year. Spend it while you got it!!

COVID TESTING REIMBURSTMENTS:
Great news. All the major carriers like UHC, Anthem, Medica,etc, have been ordered to reimburse us for up to 8 over the counter COVID tests per month. Watch for the letter or email to come to your address. This is compliments of the CDC. Thanks you!!

SCAM ALERT:
Hey everyone. I just got a scam call involving Medicare cards and numbers.
Foreign accent dude asked me if I was still in Medicare, had I had my COVID shots, and was my Medicare card handy? I played along and said yes.
He wanted my card numbers so he could update my Medicare that I had been vaccinated. DONT FALL FOR IT!!
Do not give your card number to anyone over the phone unless there is a reason and you know the person!!
