Great news to my LO friends who used UWM for a loan for their client and that loan sold to Mr. Cooper, UWM just released RefiShield100. It’s a 100bp incentive towards a refinance. I went to KEEP on the website and it showed me all my clients I did thru UWM whose loans sold to Mr. Cooper. It even gives you an estimated rate. I’m calling my clients now!
