🏛️ Another leadership change is coming to North Plains.

City Council President Mandy Hagedorn has resigned after serving as the city’s acting mayor for just over three weeks. Hagedorn had served on the City Council since January 2025, and the council is expected to begin the process of filling the vacancy at its September 8 meeting.

As a local office, we believe being part of a community also means keeping up with what’s happening in it. We’ll be watching along with our North Plains neighbors as the city moves through its next steps.

Say Hello to Priscilla, one of our Account Managers and a big part of the team behind the scenes. She specializes in quoting and recently brought one of her favorite pieces of Mexican art into her office.

For Priscilla, it’s more than just something beautiful to hang on the wall, it’s also a connection to her Mexican heritage and a little piece of who she is.

We spend a lot of time talking about insurance around here, but there’s a whole team of people, personalities, cultures, and stories behind what we do. We thought it was time you got to see a little more of that side of our office. ❤️

And we have to say… Priscilla has pretty good taste in office décor.
