This year marks 10 years since Paige Rogers joined Hills Bank — growing from a part‑time teller into her current role as Retail Research and Support Lead.

This year marks 25 years since Chuck Hippee joined Hills Bank — a milestone defined by trust, relationships, and a deep sense of responsibility to the people he serves.

Over the years, Chuck has built lasting relationships with businesses, families, and individuals around retirement and long‑term planning. What often begins as professional guidance grows into something more personal — especially during life’s most important moments.

“One thing that stays with you,” Chuck says, “is when a family member passes away and, in their notes, it simply says: ‘Give Chuck a call.’ That’s when the responsibility really sinks in.”
