Housing credit changed after 2005 bankruptcy reform and the qualified mortgage rule, limiting leverage and curbing ARM-era risk.

I just hosted another successful Roxborough Shred-a-thon Saturday. Even though we tend to live in a digital age, many people still receive mailed financial statements which need to be disposed of securely. The event was FREE but we do ask for a food donation for the local food bank. Excited to have next year's event scheduled for May 1st 2027!
