Apparently, our team has a LOT to say about Mike. 😂

From calling a “quick” meeting that isn’t exactly quick to adding cinnamon to his coffee, there are plenty of things that make our boss one of a kind.

But jokes aside, we're grateful for the way he shows up for our team, supports the people around him, and makes this a place we're proud to be part of.

Mike is a coach at heart. He sees our potential, challenges us to see it too, and shares his knowledge to help us grow. Whether he’s checking in with everyone or turning on some old-school country music, he brings genuine care and a desire to see the whole team succeed.

The Salem Greyhound Youth K-2 Flag Football program is back for its second season, bringing local kids and families together for some fun on the field!

Over the last four years, we’ve gotten to know so much more about you than just the person we work beside every day. You’re supportive, driven, outgoing, caring, and someone who clearly puts a lot of heart into the people who matter to you. ❤️

We especially love how proudly you talk about being a mom. Out of everything you’ve accomplished, you shared that becoming a mother is what you’re most proud of, and that says so much about the person you are. 🙌 Whether you’re fishing, spending time with family, or watching your son do something he loves, your family is such an important part of your world. ❤️

I had the opportunity to speak with students at Izard County STEM School on Friday and share a few lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Disappointment is inevitable. Be determined enough to work through it.

Work hard and put your heart into what you do. The effort you give today can open doors for you tomorrow.

Build meaningful relationships. Success is great, but being surrounded by people you love and who love you back is a different kind of wealth.

And most importantly, don’t take your time for granted. Life moves quickly. Make time for your family, your friends, the experiences you want to have, and the things that matter to you.

Thank you to Izard County High School for having me. I hope these students walked away encouraged to work hard, build strong relationships, and make the most of the time they’re given!
