Two of THREE purchase contracts accepted on the same weekend, all CTC between 4 days to 10 days, start to finish… now the buyers/sellers couldn’t close early but the goal I always carry is to make sure we are well prepared to handle anything that might “pop up” so as your lender, you can always know I prepare for the worst- expect the best and manage the in between! Two happy AZ buyers, one happy CA buyer and next up a VERY excited soon to be Texas resident under contract tonight!!

People are more than a paycheck, all four of the above mentioned clients trusted me for the past two plus years with their final outcomes… retail won’t give you that, retail won’t give you the peace of mind to have the same human answer questions from spam mail, tax docs and future equity growth.

OTH Wednesday is back… one more go around before my butterbeans leaves to college… it’s bittersweet knowing these are our last few months under the same roof, the last Wednesday’s we will have our girl time… but she’s going to do amazing things in life so I’ll take these small moments and cherish them!

Mondays are for Mortgage Closings… Monday afternoons are for using every tool you have to clear out the sago palm pups, while on an incline, in loose rock… Much like mortgage lending, sometimes you have to think outside the box…. For the WIN, a chisel and mallet when the spade and shovel fail you (and maybe my coordination) Happy Monday Friends!!!

Have you ever been so hyper focused on a task that you intentionally put important paperwork somewhere “safe” so you didn’t lose it while in the “zone” on said other task and now you have no idea where you stashed said paperwork…. (Not job related)
