To my fellow mortgage and real estate professionals, 2024 is ahead and it CAN be a great year! But I know for many there is still an unknown 'fear' you are dealing with. Here is the truth about fear.
You can overcome IT!
When you acknowledge IT!
BUT, you need to name IT!

What is "IT"?

Intentional Togetherness:
Community is a key to overcoming most challenges.

Intentional Taking Action:
Accountability is an insurance policy to getting things done.

Intentional Tenaciousness:
Anything worth having you have to fight for, but we have to name our obstacles prior to starting so we know what we are fighting against.

Intention Thankfulness:
Gratitude leads to the correct mindset. And strong mindsets lead to overcoming fear.

Intentional Time:
Our time is always an indicator of us prioritizing something of importance. Show me your calendar and I will show you what is important to you. We always protect what is a priority.

Intentional Training:
The best are always improving their skillset and never settle for where they are. The current version of you should NOT be hireable by the 10 year better version of you.

Good news! Put it to work. Sell and Buy! Cash out refi to get out of 30% credit cards, equity lines that are on the rise, high interest car loans with depreciating value. If you're debt free and have this equity, well done!👍 Most aren't. Rates will come back down at some point. Don't wait on that to put this equity to work!
