Recently, I had the opportunity to help someone who was unsure what to do with their workplace retirement plan.

Like many people, they weren't sure whether they were on track for retirement and felt overwhelmed by the options available to them.

Sound familiar?

Instead of rushing into a decision, we scheduled a call with the plan administrator to better understand the plan's features, limitations, and available options.

As it turned out, making a change at this time could have resulted in unnecessary costs.

Experiences like this remind me that financial guidance isn't always about taking action.

Sometimes it's about helping people slow down, ask questions, and gain clarity.
