Once again, Politicians are playing games with the citizens of this amazing country. It was perfectly ok, in the eyes of politicians to bail out hundreds of different Corporations and companies. However, they choose to hold up assistance to those who drive the workforce and education> This is despicable and they need to get this approved and done. I chose this particular article as I find it interesting which words were chosen.

Credit building takes time⌚️. Credit is not ruined in a day and consequently isn't rebuilt in a day. However, that doesn't mean it takes forever if you do what needs to be done and work with a reputable company that does not cut corners.

This particular client (who has given me permission to use his story) started in late March of 2022.
⚠️His starting scores were in the mid 400's
⚠️He had multiple collection accounts
⚠️He was unable to be approved for ANY credit cards including secured ones.
⚠️Was on the verge of going into default on the one and only loan he had.

Through our coaching with him, and more importantly, HIS HARD WORK and DISCIPLINE. He has achieved the following since May 2022.
📈He has increased his scores by more than 210 points across all three bureaus.
🚗Had a catastrophic failure in his vehicle and was able to become approved for a 2020 replacement vehicle at a very reasonable interest rate without collateral or co-signer.

⚖️Avoided defaulting on his only loan, became current on it and the loan now has a positive impact on his report.

💳He now has 2 credit cards, One secured and one non-secured rewards card.

He is winning because of discipline, determination, using proven methods of building credit, and learning how to sustain.

⭐️📊⭐️What's the best way to help our children establish credit?

Step 1️⃣: Teach them how to budget money effectively

Step 2️⃣: Add them as Authorized Users on one of your credit cards that has a perfect payment history and does not carry a balance of more than 10%.
Step 3️⃣: Have them start a SELF credit builder account as soon as they turn 18.

These three things will have them establish a score of over 700 by the time they are 19 and takes very little money to do so.

Did you know it is not always about what your credit score is? What is really important is knowing what is on your profile, and what your profile needs to become a more solid and diverse profile.
The facts are that you may still get denied credit even with a good score because there may be an area that is lacking in your profile.
As far as scores go, look for positive trends and sustainability rather than quick jumps.

Why are my scores different for each bureau? 😤

Why is Credit Karma different? 😡

The answers to these questions are pretty simple and will make sense when you learn what goes into a credit score.
There are 5 factors in a credit score:
35% Payment History
30% Credit Utilization
15% Length of Credit History
10% Credit mix (cards, loans)
10% New Credit (inquiries)

These 5 factors make up your score, but not all Credit Cards, Credit Unions, Banks, and such report to all the bureaus.

For example, Most credit cards report to all three bureaus, however, some bank credit cards may only report to one bureau. Credit Unions may report to all three, yet some report to only one.

This is one of the reasons why your scores vary so much from bureau to bureau, but not the only reason.
