Every business has insurance needs that are specifically tailored to its operation. Daycares require more attention because of the daily exposure to lots of kids. In a society where people get sued for looking the wrong way, having adequate liability coverages are more important now than they ever have been.

Liability coverages for daycares like professional liability, sexual molestation and abuse liability, and accidental liability coverages are must haves. Sitting down with the business owner and explaining to them what the coverages are and what coverages they need are very important. Especially if a claim ever arises, everyone is on the same page.

I was able to help my brother and sister in law for exactly these things when they purchased a local commercial daycare a few weeks ago. They also protected their asset with Life Insurance. SMART!

Claims like this can be stressful, but the satisfaction of putting customers back together after a claim like this is awesome.
