🌟 Así se movió el mercado del High Desert esta semana (8/18–8/24) 🌟

La semana pasada llegaron 118 casas nuevas al mercado, subiendo el inventario total a 1,558 propiedades disponibles 🏡.
👉 De esas, 96 ya se vendieron y 52 entraron bajo contrato.

Lo más interesante es que el tiempo promedio en el mercado subió a 70 días ⏳.
Eso quiere decir que las casas que llevaban más tiempo publicadas ¡finalmente se están vendiendo!
¿La razón? 💸 Los vendedores están bajando sus precios (en promedio $36,537 menos) para atraer a los compradores.

Amazing! We added 118 new listings last week and we are only up 1 home to 1,558. This is great news. Thankfully 51 homes came off the market and this next report will hopefully be bigger with the month end numbers. Have a look at the DOM jump to 70 for the week! Homes that have been on the market longer are going into escrow. That’s because the homes that went in escrow last week reduced their price on average $36,537.
