I know that sounds wild. But hear me out.

Most people think their parental leave is locked in. They think what HR told them is the final answer. So they just accept it and move forward.

But there are usually options sitting right there that nobody mentioned. 🤍

A different form. A request you can submit. A benefit you can activate. A way to extend your time or adjust how you take it. Sometimes it's as simple as asking for it in the right way and having the paperwork to back it up.

The problem? Nobody walks you through what those options are. So you don't know to ask. You don't know they exist.
